There are 3 two bedroom apartments (sleeping 4) and 2 one bedroom apartment (sleeping 2) on the first and second floors that enjoy sea views from their balconies, plus 1 one bedroom apartment on the ground floor, which has been adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

They are all immaculately presented, attractively decorated with good quality fixtures and fittings and offer spacious, comfortable accommodation close to the beach front and town of L’Île Rousse.
The apartments either have one bedroom with double bed or two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds, all with en suite shower room, wardrobe space and safe. They all have a separate living area and air conditioning, flat screen TV’s in the living area and all bedrooms (English news channel only), Bose sound system, free WiFi and balcony (except the ground floor apartment) furnished with barbecue, sun loungers and a table and chairs.
Each apartment has a well equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob, integrated oven and microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer together with a Nespresso® coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. There is a breakfast bar with stools plus a further living/dining area with armchairs and a circular dining table with chairs.
Bed linen, towels, beach towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided and the apartments are cleaned daily with a change of towels. Linen is changed midweek and at weekends.
The apartments have their own reception offering guests local information. There is a small shared swimming pool (6m x 3m) in front of the ground floor apartment with small deck and sunbeds and a rooftop solarium also with sunbeds where guests can relax and enjoy the view over the bay of L’Île Rousse and towards the honey-hued buildings of the old town.
There is a poolside shower room, luggage storage area available for guests with late departure times and private covered parking.
Résidence L’Amiral is situated close to the heart of the charming town, port and beach of L’Île Rousse, (23km from Calvi and 73km from Bastia), named after the red granite islets now linked to the town by a causeway built by Pasquale Paoli when he created the port in 1758.
Whilst architecturally more reminiscent of buildings found in southern France, this beautiful town still retains an authentic Corsican atmosphere. A pleasant evening pastime is to sit beneath the plane trees and date palms in the central square, Place Paoli, with an aperitif or a coffee, watching games of pétanque and listening to the locals chatting in the island’s own language - Corsu.
There is a small market on the edge of the square where a variety of fresh Corsican produce can be purchased, and there is also an excellent selection of restaurants and bars.
This is one of the warmest towns on the island with shelter from the Balagne hills and with gently sloping sandy beaches, makes L’Île Rousse a favourite with couples and families alike.
