Located in a quiet, wooded domain close to the small commercial centre of Lozari and less than ten minutes’ walk from the beach, Le Domaine Le Bois de Capra Scorsa is a modern residence with contemporary style villas and a shared swimming pool near L’Île Rousse in northern Corsica.
The residence comprises five 3 bedroom villas, two of which are arranged on ground floor only, the remainder being 2 storeys. Each villa sleeps a maximum of 6 guests set in an arc close to the swimming pool in a large enclosed estate extending to approximately 1.2 hectares.
The villas are situated side-by-side in Mediterranean gardens with the scents of the maquis, olive trees and holm oaks. Each villa has its own ground floor furnished terrace and the 2-storey villas also have a roof terrace with sun loungers with oblique views of the sea accessed from the master bedroom.
Internally, the villas are comfortably furnished and decorated in contemporary style. They all have air conditioning throughout and have a large living area with comfortable chairs and sofa, a dining area with table and seating for six and well equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher as well as all the necessary appliances including a kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
In Villas 1 and 3 all the accommodation is arranged on the ground floor including the master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room plus two further twin bedrooms and a shower room with WC.
This modern development of 5 villas are located in a peaceful location just east of L’Île Rousse in the beautiful Balagne area of northern Corsica, accessed from either Calvi or Bastia airports.
All the villas have 3 double bedrooms so can sleep up to 6 in comfort and there is a large shared swimming pool so ideal for several families holidaying together.
The villas are very well equipped and within walking distance of both the local beach and shops.
Car hire is highly recommended for exploring the delights of the local area.
