The Accommodation

The spacious guest rooms and suites are arranged on two floors around the pools. They have classic décor and furnishings and are equipped with en suite shower room with bathrobes, slippers and hair dryer, air conditioning/heating, flat screen TV, safe, minibar and courtesy tray. 

There is the choice of Comfort rooms on the 1st floor or Superior rooms on the ground floor with terrace, both with a sleeping area with double/twin beds and lounge area that can accommodate a child under 12 on a sofa bed.

The Suites are located on the 1st floor and feature a large shower room (hydro massage bath on request), dressing room, living room and some have a little terrace overlooking the gardens and pools. Extra facilities include espresso coffee machine, DVD player and a selection of movies. Some can accommodate a child/extra person on the sofa bed in the living area.

The Restaurant & Bar

Le Regina Restaurant has a lovely terrace by the pool and offers an extensive buffet breakfast and gastronomic dinner with Mediterranean cuisine.

There is a pool bar and in the summer months a lunch menu is available (extra cost).

The Facilities

The hotel has a secure car park from which guests can directly access the rooms. 

In the centre of the hotel there are 2 lovely swimming pools, one with children’s pool, and sun terrace with sun loungers and gazebo’s for shade. The peaceful gardens offer an oasis for relaxation.

The reception offers hotel and local information, room and laundry services and are happy to make dinner reservations and book excursions including canyoning and watersports.

Spa Hotel

Recharge your batteries in the spa with the beneficial warmth of the Hamman and jacuzzi plus facial/body treatments and massages.  There is also an indoor heated swimming pool (open Sept-May).

The Spa facilities are all extra cost.

The Local Area

Hôtel Le Roi Théodore is situated on the outskirts of Porto Vecchio, 1km from a shopping centre and hypermarket, 6km from the marina and a similar distance up to the old town. The beautiful beaches of Saint Cyprien is 7km away and Pinerello 13km to the north.  The equally stunning beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia are approximately 16km to the south with the dramatic port of Bonifacio 35km.

Porto Vecchio has two sections: the old town with a vibrant buzz in the summer months with numerous shops, cafés and restaurants up on the hilltop;  Below, the marina is lined with restaurants and home to impressive yachts. With its reputation for being the liveliest town on the island and spectacular beaches within easy reach, visitors have included Nicolas Sarkozy and Carla Bruni, Kate Moss, Lewis Hamilton and Paris Hilton. The town was the starting point for the 2013 Tour de France and consequently attracts keen cyclists from far and wide. 

Zonza is 40km away situated in the heart of the Alta Rocca mountains. It is popular with walkers and those seeking a typical Corsican village, away from the hustle and bustle of seaside towns. It is on the edge of the Rizzanese valley in the heart of the Ospédale forest and overlooked by stunning granite shards of Needles of Bavella, offering a superb opportunity to sample a more remote part of the island.
