Use the calendar to select your start or check-in date, which is the date that you will be arriving at your chosen accommodation. Then select the number of "nights" in the drop down box as well as the number of adults and children in your group.
To check availability, click the red "Go" button. Our system will then search for accommodation and room types for your chosen dates.
To change dates just reselect your start date and click Go.
After the system has searched for available rooms, it will then tell you which room types are "Room Available", "Availability Checked in 24/48hr (Room is On Request)", "Room is Not Available for the Occupancy Selected" , "Room is Sold Out" or "There is No Availability on the Dates Selected"
This indicates that the room/apartment/villa is fully available at the present time, and can be booked and confirmed immediately.
This indicates that the room/apartment/villa has to be requested from the property. You can still continue with a "Provisional Booking", which will be subject to availability. We will endeavour to confirm the booking as soon as possible, normally within one working day Mon – Fri or within 48 hours over the weekend. Please note that at this point you are committed to the booking should the accommodation be available. If arranging your own flights, we recommend that you DO NOT book your flights until we have confirmed your chosen accommodation.
Room is Not Available for the Occupancy Selected
This means that the amount of adults and children that you have selected cannot be accommodated in this room type. Please adjust your party size, for example if you are 4 adults and need 2 rooms this must be added as a separate room.
This means that the room/apartment/villa is unfortunately not available on our site for your selected dates or duration, please select either alternative dates, duration, room type or similar accommodation.
This means that the room/apartment/villa is not available for the dates that you have selected or you have selected dates when the property is closed. Please select different dates, or look for other accommodation in the same area with similar star rating and facilities.
When you have entered all the elements of your holiday into the basket (be it, accommodation, hire car or transfers) you then have the option to "Book" your holiday.
You will be asked for your contact details including a mobile phone number that you will have with you while you are on holiday. We will also need the full names of the guests travelling, the lead name of the driver if you have hired a car and your inbound and outbound flight details for the transfers or car hire.
We accept Amex, Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards with no charge. When asked to make a payment you will be directed to our Merchant services provider "Wirecard" and asked to make a payment. Like the rest of our website this is a secure area on the Wirecard website to handle your payment.
If booking more than 8 weeks before departure a non-refundable deposit of £120 per person (including infants) or a percentage of accommodation price plus the price of the flights will confirm your booking. If booking within 8 weeks before departure, then the full balance will be due
If the booking is “provisional” and more than 8 weeks before departure, then the deposit will be £150 per booking or a % of the accommodation amount plus the price of the flights.
You will receive a confirmation email and remittance advice detailing any balance due and the date that payment must be made. If you do not get this email, please call us as soon as possible on 01202 703505.
The next working day you receive another email with details on how to download our “TravelPal” app and logon details to retrieve your full invoice.
The full balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure and we will email a reminder approximately 9 weeks before departure with a link to pay online.
Your ticket wallet and travel details will be sent by post or email 2/3 weeks before departure containing accommodation voucher, transfer or car hire voucher and guide book.
Your travel information, directions, Rep information, emergency contact telephone number, accommodation/resort information and local information will be EMAILED to you (or sent by post on request) at the same time, this information, apart from the vouchers will be availble on the “TravelPal” app.
You are only committed to a booking when you have entered your credit card details, and clicked the "Confirm" button. At that point you are then committed to the booking, and our standard terms and conditions will apply.
